Rains lashed Kashmir Valley last night ending nearly three weeks of dry spell. Intermittent rains continued to lash Srinagar and other parts of Kashmir since yesterday.Met officials said, mercury dropped from 21.2 degrees to 19.2 degrees in Srinagar, which received a rainfall of 5.2 mm.
