With overnight rains lashing some parts of Punjab and Haryana, the minimum temperature fell below normal at a few places in the region. The minimum temperatures hovered between three degrees Celsius above normal to two degrees Celsius below normal in most parts of Punjab and Haryana. The MeT forecast possibility of light showers at a few places in the region during the next two days.
