In Rajasthan, people in the pink city of Jaipur today woke up to a pleasant morning with a minimum temperature setting at 24 degree Celsius, nine degrees below yesterday's minimum. Past midnight, rains brought down the temperature bringing relief from scorching heat. Jaipur recorded 7.3 mm rainfall followed by Nadauti with 6, and Sawaimadhopur 3 since last night. The Met department has predicted dust storm with light rain during the next 12 hours at isolated areas in the state while maximum temperature in Jaipur is likely to hover around 41-42 degree Celsius in the day.
