<span style="color: #222222;">Rain with gusty winds lashed Delhi and the National Capital Region (NCR) around midnight last night bringing respite from the scorching heat. India Meteorological Department said that thunder squall with moderate to heavy rain and gusty winds lashed Ghaziabad, Indirapuram, Noida, Greater Noida, Kurukshetra, Karnal, Panipat, Sonipat, Jind, Rohtak, Jhajjar and Mahendargarh. In Delhi, trees were uprooted in many areas leading to hindrance in movement of traffic. </span><br />
