Rain storms are expected today in areas of north-eastern Australia which are already striken by floods. Residence of the town of St. George in the south of Queensland state are filling sand bags to protect their homes against the Balonne river which is predicted to rise. More than four thousand people have been evacuated from their homes in the flood region.
