In Himachal Pradesh the higher reaches are experiencing heavy snow fall while other areas are having wide spread rains during the last three days effecting the normal life in many parts of the state.<br/><br/>Due to heavy snowfall thousand of tourist are stranded in Manali decided hundreds of labourers in Malana hydel power project in kullu district.<br/><br/>The power supply has been disrupted in the travel areas of Lahaul spiti, Kinnour and Pangi for the last three days.<br/><br/>In Kashmir valley a CRPF Bunker and a tower of a private cellphone company were damaged in avalanches in the Qazigund Jawaher Tunnell area on Tuesday.<br/><br/>Incessant rain and snow for last four days have affected life in the valley.<br/><br/>Jammu- Srinagar highway is closed and condition of hundreds stranded on the highway is pathetic. Shooting stones and land slides coupled with avalanches are hampering efforts of restoring traffic on the road.<br/><br/>The state chief minister is now in Srinagar to take stock of situation risen out of snowfall and road closure.
