About 12 people were killed in rain related incidents in Uttarakhand today. More than fifteen people are also feared buried under the debris in Almora district following the cloud burst in Hawalbaag block. The personnel of District authority and ITBP are busy in rescue operation. Commissioner of Kumaon division told our Dehradun correspondent that continuous rain is hampering the rescue work in the affected area.
