Rain lashed Delhi bringing waterlogging and traffic snarls in several areas this morning. The showers started at around 9 AM which brought the mercuryslightly down. The minimum temperature was recorded at 27.1 degree Celsius against yesterday's 28.6 degrees.Traffic jams were reported from various areas . Vehicular movement was also slow in India Gate, Rafi Marg,Ashoka Road, ITO, Kalkaji, Jangpura and Ashram among otherplaces due to rains and subsequent waterlogging. Water logging was also reported from Mahipalpur village following which traffic coming from Gurgoan and going towards Vasant Kunj has been severely affected. Delhi Traffic Police control room also received complaints of slow movement of traffic from Bulward Road, Hakikat Nagar and various other areas in East and North Delhi.
