In Arunachal Pradesh, rain continues to affect normal life in the Capital city Itanagar and various parts of the state. Landslide and flash flood triggered by the incessant downpour have disrupted surface communication in many part of the state.<br />'' <br />'' In East Kameng district, Kadeya village has been severely affected by flood water. Many houses, granaries, agriculture land, piggeries and other properties are damaged and washed off completely. The village is cut off from the rest of the world after the lone bridge connecting the village collapsed due to flash flood.<br />'' <br />'' On Monday, a 23 year old lady was reported missing in West Kameng District after a flash flood ravage a school building and 4 other SPT houses. There is no information after the missing lady as of now.<br />''  <br />
