The national capital Delhi received rains for the second consecutive day today giving respite to people from hot weather conditions. The showers in the morning led to waterlogging and traffic snarls in some parts of the city. According to the Met department, the city received 5.6 millimeters of rain till 8:30 am today.The weatherman predicted the city will have partly cloudy sky during the day. Light rain and thunder storms may occur in some areas. The rains have brought down the minimum temperature to 21.1 degree celsius from yesterday's minimum of 23.1 degrees celsius. The maximum temperature in the last 24 hours was recorded at 37.8 degree celsius. The minimum and the maximum temperatures will be around 21 and 36 degree celsius.
