In Afghanistan, at least six people were killed and several others are missing after heavy rain and flood in the northern province of Samangan. Officials said, Dara-e-Sauf Bala and Aibak are worst affected districts. Flood also damaged 25 houses and a mosque. Bad weather has hampered rescue and relief operations.
