In Madhya Pradesh, normal life has been badly affected due to continuous rain in different region. Road connectivity has been disrupted in many towns. Long queues of vehicles being seen on road as rain water are flowing over the road, bridges and culvert. Our correspondent reports that thirteen gates of Tawa dam has been opened in Hosangabad district due to raising of water level in the dam. Alert has been issued by the administration for the people leaving low land areas and they have been asked to shift themselves to safer places. Tourism activities are affected in the state and tourists are unable to reach at several tourists places including Panchmarhi, Sanchi due to disruption in road traffic.
