The Railway Safety Commissioner Dinesh Kumar Singh today recorded statements of Railway and Government officials as part of the statutory enquiry commenced over the Tamil Nadu Express fire accident at Nellore.

The Railway Safety Commissioner has also recorded statements of public who wanted to provide information about the fire accident that occurred on last Monday in which 32 passengers charred to death and 28 more injured. The enquiry will continue till tomorrow . A forensic team is also probing the cause of fire in the incident.
