Railways has ordered an inquiry into a stampede Elphinstone Road station in Mumbai. Speaking to media, DG Public Relation Railways Anil Saxena said the incident seems to have occurred because of chaos at the bridge because of sudden rain. <br/><br/>He said, 22 people have lost their lives and 27 got injured. Mr. Saxena said Railway officials are on the incident area and emphasising on relief and rescue operations.
