Railways modifies terms and conditions of booking of tickets for 15 pairs of Special Trains

<span style="color: #222222;">Railways has modified the terms and conditions of booking of tickets for 15 pairs of Special Trains. The Advance Reservation Period of these trains will be increased from seven days to 30 days. There will be no Tatkal booking in these trains. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">RAC and Waiting list tickets will be issued in these trains. However waitlisted passengers will not be allowed to board these trains. Railways is presently running fifteen pairs of special Trains with effect from 12th of this month.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Railways Ministry said, booking of tickets will be permissible through computerized PRS counters including Post Offices, Yatri Ticket Suvidha Kendra and Common Service Centres as well as through on-line booking. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The first chart will be prepared at least four hours before scheduled departure and second chart shall be prepared at least 2 hours before scheduled departure. Current booking will be permitted in between first and second chart. The Ministry said, the change will be implemented with effect from train booking date 24th May and for train starting from 31st May onwards.</span><br />''
