Railways links Universal Pass issued by Maharashtra govt with UTS app

<span style="color: #222222;">In some good news for commuters, the Railways have linked the Universal Pass issued by Maharashtra Government with the UTS or the Unreserved Ticketing System app. Accordingly, fully vaccinated citizens will now be able to book their Railway tickets using the UTS app on their phones.
