But during the NDA regime, there has been a dramatic shift in improving the railway system befitting the present needs. <br />''<br />''Speaking at the India Ideas Conclave 2018 in New Delhi on Saturday, Mr Goyal said, under the NDA government the functioning of the railways has undergone a sea change. Political interference has been done away with and the railway budget is now implemented to fulfil the assigned priorities.<br />''<br />''Mr Goyal said, the emphasis is on achieving the growth as envisaged by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.</span>
