Railways employees will get 78-day wages as productivity-linked bonus for the fiscal 2014-15. Sources said, the Union Cabinet today gave its approval to the proposal of Railway Ministry. About 12 lakh railway employees will be benefited from the decision. <br/><br/>It is estimated to cost more than 800 crores rupees to the public exchequer. In the last 3 years also, railway employees had got 78-day wages as bonus. The Productivity-linked bonus is paid to railway employees each year before the Dussehra festival.
