The Trinamool Congress Chief and the Railway Minister Mamata Banerjee has said that, she is willing to build a Railway factory in Singur in West Bengal if she gets the six hundred acres of land acquired by the State Government for Tata’s Nano Company. She said that, Railways would use the six hundred acres for a Railway factory and give back Four hundred acres of land to farmers.Addressing a rally at Singur on Thursday Mamata Banerjee alleged that, the State Government was not sincere about handing over the Six hundred acres of land despite agreements to such effect in the presence of the Governor and the Chief Minister. She also said that, the State Government is coming in the way of the proposed Dankuni to Phurphura Sharif Rail line. The Railway Minister also said that, she is ready to start work on a proposed Railway factory if the CPI(M) led Left Front stops inciting people against land acquisition for the project.
