The Union Railway minister Ms. Mamta Banerjee will present the 2010-11 Railway budget in the Lok Sabha a short while from now. Speaking to reporters after giving finishing touches to the budget, Ms. Bannerjee said her Rail budget is dedicated to the common man. The Railway minister had met Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh as a customary intercation before the presentation of the budget in the Lok sabha today. It's a second time; Ms Banerjee will be presenting the rail budget for the UPA Government.<br/><br/>The News Services Division of All India Radio will broadcast a bilingual pre-rail budget live discussion from 11.30 a.m. The discussion will be followed by a live relay of the Railway Minister’s speech from 11.55 hours onwards. This would be followed by a live bilingual discussion in Hindi and English which will continue till 1400 hrs.<br/><br/>All state capital AIR stations will relay the programme from 11.30 hrs. News bulletins at 130O hrs in ENGLISH and 1305 hrs in HINDI will be broadcast as usual.
