<br/>Railway budget for the year 2010-11 will be presented in the Lok Sabha today by Railway Minister Mamata Banerjee. Speaking to reporters after giving finishing touches to the budget, Ms. Bannerjee said that it is dedicated to the common man. Our correspondent reports that the Railway Minister also met the Prime Minister for what has been described as a customary intercation before the presentation of the budget.<br/><br/>News Services Division of All India Radio will bring a bilingual pre-rail budget live discussion from 11.30 a.m. The discussion will be followed by live relay of the Railway Minister’s speech from 1155 hours onwards. After her speech the live bilingual discussion will continue till 1400 hrs. All state capital AIR stations will relay the programme from 1130 hrs.
