Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi will inaugurate the two-day convention of Youth Congress in New Delhi today.

Nearly eight thousand elected youth congress members will participate in the first of its kind convention in the history of Youth Congress.

Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh and Congress chief Sonia Gandhi will address the valedictory session tomorrow.

Senior Congress leaders including Pranab Mukherjee, A K Antony, Jairam Ramesh and Mukul Wasnik will also address the convention and impart lessons to the office-bearers.

AIR correspondent reports, the convention is likely to adopt resolutions on pressing issues like inflation.
