Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi today sought one more week's time to reply to the Election Commission's notice on a complaint of alleged violation of model code of conduct.
The commission had issued notice to Mr Gandhi on a complaint lodged by the BJP.
The BJP had alleged that Mr Gandhi's speech on October 4 in Indore was violative of the model code of conduct.
The commission had asked Mr Gandhi to file his reply by today.
