Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi will arrive in Srinagar on Monday on a three day visit to Jammu and Kashmir.

He will interact with youths in all three regions of the state. Youth Congress cadres believe that Mr Gandhi's visit will give a fillip to the membership drive of the party.
