In Uttar Pradesh Congress General Secretary MP Rahul Gandhi has launched Rajiv Gandhi Artisans Health Insurance scheme for women associated with self-help groups working at Sultanpur and Raebareli districts.<br/> <br/>On the last day of his three days tour of the state he launched this scheme at Sultanpur district as a joint venture between the ICICI Bank and Union Textile Ministry. On this occasion he said that free medical treatment of up to Rs. 6,000 would be provided to women associated with the SHGs. Cards will be issued to the beneficiaries very soon under the scheme and they will be entitled to get free treatment at the Sanjay Gandhi hospital.<br/> <br/>He said that ten OPD camps were also organised on the occasion at Sanjay Gandhi hospital, where free medical examination and treatment was provided to locals. Earlier, Mr. Gandhi met various delegations, including students of some schools, party men and women at Munshiganj guest house where he was staying.<br/><br/> <br/>
