The Congress general secretary Rahul Gandhi is on a three-day tour to Raebareli in Uttar Pradesh. Mr. Gandhi inaugurated the broadband services for rural areas at Sarvan village today. Inaugrating the Broadband services, Mr. Gandhi said the information technology would be able to bridge the gap between rich and poor . Later in the day today, he will address a farmers' meeting in Jagdishpur.
