Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi visited Shakur Basti today, where a child allegedly died in the anti-encroachment drive carried out by Railways. Mr Gandhi said NDA government and Delhi government are to be blamed for the incident, but they are blaming each other. He questioned why Aam Aadmi Party is protesting the incident as it is power in Delhi.
