The Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi is arriving on a day-long visit to Mizoram this afternoon. Rahul Gandhi is scheduled go to Mizoram University to inaugurate a women's hostel. The hostel is one of its kind in Mizoram and has been constructed with a cost of three crore rupees and can accomodate 100 students in sixty rooms. Rahul Gandhi will also interact with the students of the Mizoram University.
