AICC General Secretary Rahul Gandhi is reaching Kullu today on a two-day tour of the region to energize the party apparatus in Himachal Pradesh. The visit assumes significance in view of the forthcoming State Assembly elections. According to Himachal Pradesh Congress Committee sources, Mr. Gandhi will be accompanied by Union Ministers Mr. P.C.Joshi and Mr. Mukul Wasnik, former Minister Mr. Virbhadra Singh and party MP Raj Babbar. Mr. Gandhi will address meeting of senior party functionaries and party workers during his stay in Kullu.
