Congress General Secretary Mr. Rahul Gandhi has urged the highly educated youth with the clean image to join politics. It would help provide more clean, effective and responsive administration, he said while addressing a gathering of youth at Jijamata Mahavidyalaya at Buldhana in Vidarbha region of Maharashtra today.Indicating major changes in the organisational set – up of the Youth Congress and frontal students' wing of the party National Students Union of India, he declared that the office-bearers would hence forth be elected directly by members of these organisations. Mr. Gandhi said that the previous practice of nominating leaders of these two organisations will be done away with, and the members would now be able to elect their own leader.
