The Congress General secretary Rahul Gandhi will start Congress Mass contact campaign for forthcoming U.P assembly elections tomorrow at a rally in Allahabad. The rally is being organised in Jhunsi area of phulpur constituency of the first prime Ministers of India Pt Jawaharlal Lal Nehru whose birth anniversary is being celebrated tomorrow.Talking to media persons in Allahabad, the Union coal Minster Sriprrkash Jaiswal criticised the Chief Minster Mayawati for ignoring development works in the state. He alleged that in the last two decades, the state has gone far behind many other states in progress and growth.Earlier, during the inauguration and launching of several projects in the state, Ms Mayawati blamed wrong economic policies of the centre and inflation for affecting development of the state. She said Rahul Gandhi should express his anger at the centre for its defective economic policies.
