Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi will inaugurate the two-day convention of Uttar Pradesh Congress Committee in Varanasi tomorrow. Party sources said in New Delhi, Congress President Sonia Gandhi will address the valedictory function of the convention on the second day.
