Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi will address a public rally at Silchar in Assam today. Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi and APCC president Anjan Dutta will also be present at the rally.<br/><br/>Mr Gandhi will, first, go to Indira Bhawan to unveil the statue of his grandmother Indira Gandhi. After that, he will visit Rajiv Bhawan where he is scheduled to meet elderly persons, citizens and businessmen of Silchar and discuss various issues. After the Silchar rally, he will leave for Nagaon to address another public meeting.
