Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi today targeted Narendra Modi over the snoopgate scandal in Gujarat.

He also criticised Modi over his frequent remarks that he would work as chowkidar if BJP came to power at the Centre.

Addressing an election rally in South Delhi, Rahul said that he saw a BJP poster which said they wanted to empower women but in Gujarat, policemen are sent behind women and women's phones are tapped by policemen.

He said UPA government does not do so and works towards empowerment of women.
