Uttarkhand Chief Minister Vijay Bahuguna said the that Congress party needs to project its leader for next 20 years and Rahul Gandhi should fill that slot.

Talking to reporters in New Delhi he said Rahul Gandhi should be assuming a larger role in next few months within the party or within the government or both.
