Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi today criticised the NDA government's mega event to highlight its achievements saying at a time when the country is facing grave drought situation, the Centre is celebrating at India gate. <br/><br/>He said, farmers in Marathwada and Vidarbha are committing suicide and the government is celebrating on completion of two years. Leading a protest march in New Delhi against power and water crisis in the national capital, Mr. Gandhi attacked Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and accused them of misleading the people. <br/><br/>He said, the Congress knows how to provide electricity, water and work for the people. Mr. Gandhi said, his party is doing politics based on Mahatma Gandhi's ideology and can never indulge in politics of false promises. Mr. Gandhi said, governments need to stop making unrealistic promises and instead work to help the people for India to progress.
