<span style="color: #222222;">Congress President Rahul Gandhi has launched his party's campaign for the two Lok Sabha election in Manipur on Wednesday. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Addressing an election rally at Hapta Kangjeibung in Imphal Mr. Gandhi said, Manipur and other north-eastern states of the country will be developed as a manufacturing hub under Look East Policy if Congress comes to power in the centre.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He also said, North-East will act a bridge between India and other South-East Asian nations and assured to initiate North-East Industrial Policy if voted to power.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He said, his party will never introduce the controversial Citizenship(Amendment) Bill if it omes to power. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The Congress President said, his party is committed to protecting the language, history and culture of Manipur and other North-Eastern states.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Former Chief Minister of the State Okram Ibobi Singh, President of the state unit of the party Gaikhangam, MLAs and other leaders of the party also attended the election rally.</span><br />
