Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi today accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi of not fulfilling promises made to the people of the country. Addressing Congress workers convention at Ramlila Ground in New Delhi, Mr Gandhi said there has not been generation of jobs for the youth. He said nation's youth is without employment. Mr Gandhi also said BJP will face defeat in Uttar Pradesh as people of the state have realised that the Prime Minister is not going to fulfil his promises. <br/><br/>The party leader also hit out at Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal for non development of Delhi. He said there has not been any substantial progress in Delhi in the last two years. He said AAP government in Delhi has not taken any measures for contractual workers and to eliminate corruption.
