Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi today accused BJP of trying to topple elected governments by indulging in horse trading and misuse of money and muscle.<br/><br/>Mounting an attack on the BJP in the wake of the Uttarakhand crisis, Mr Gandhi declared that the Congress would fight this demagoguery with democracy.
