Rahul accuses Nitish of maintaining double face

Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi has accused Chief Minister Nitish Kumar of maintaining a double face on relationship with BJP and Narendra Modi. Kicking off his Party's campaign ahead of Bihar Polls, he said in Saharsa that Modi did not campaign in the last Assembly polls but shortly after the election was over he was sighted with Modi holding his hands at an NDA rally in Punjab. He said Kumar had remained a union minister during the NDA rule at the Centre even after the Gujarat riots, but his government sat idle even when MNS chief Raj Thackeray instigated attacks against migrants from Bihar and Uttar Pradesh. He said the Centre had provided more financial assistance to Uttar Pradesh and Bihar than other states but these funds did not reach the poor in rural areas.
