In Uttar Pradesh, the raging rivers continued to wreck havoc in 33 districts of western UP. The rivers Yamuna, Ganga, and Ramganga are still rising in Bijnore, Moradabad, Farrukhabad, Muzaffarnagar, Meerut, and Bareilly districts.
