The Mayapuri radiation leak claimed its first victim in the capital on Monday late night. AIIMS confirmed that the patient, Rajender developed hypertension as a manifestation of multiple organ failure and failed to respond to all possible intervention. <br/><br/>He suffered a cardiac arrest despite all measures of resuscitation after which he passed away at 9:30pm on Monday night. Thirty five year old Rajender had been hospitalized earlier this month after being exposed to samples of the radioactive substance Cobalt 60. <br/>
