Rabi crops have been sown in over four crore 15 lakh hectares till date which is more than 32 lakh hectares during the corresponding period last year.<br/><br/>Data released by the Agriculture Ministry said, wheat has been sown in around one crore 73 lakh hectare which is about 21 lakh hectare more than last year. <br/><br/>Over one crore 12 lakh hectare area has been covered under the cultivation of pulses which is around 13 lakh hectare more under the crop last year. The coarse cereals have been sown in over 44 lakh hectare, Oilseeds in 70 lakh hectare.
