Mr R.S Pandey has ben appointed as the interlocutor for the talks with the NSCN(IM). As reported, last week the government invited the leadership of the NSCN(IM) for talks in April in India to carry forward the peace process. Mr Pandey will be facilitating the talks for an early soluition to the Naga problem.<br/>
