Chief election Commissioner S Y Quraishi has expressed satisfaction with the preparations underway in Bihar for the upcoming state legislative assembly elections. A team from National Election Commission under Quraishi has recently made a two day visit to the state to review the situation. Speaking on the sidelines of a function in New Delhi he said that 90% voters of the state have been issued the voter identifiaction cards and the pending work will be completed in a month's time.
