Goa today accorded a warm welcome to the much awaited historical Queen's Baton Relay on its arrival in the state.The state sports Minister Mr. Manohar Ajgaonker received the Baton at the Pollem check post in Canacona in south Goa alongwith other dignitaries.To commemorate the event, four official functions are being held alongwith the Goa route. Tomorrow the baton will take off from Panaji via Mapusa to Patradevi to proceed to Maharashtra.
