Special Envoy of the Foreign Minister of Qatar for Counter-terrorism and Mediation of Conflict Resolution, Mutlaq bin Majed Al-Qahtani who is  on a visit to India today met  Joint Secretary of the External Affairs Ministry's Pakistan-Afghanistan-Iran (PAI) desk,  J. P. He also called on Mr Sanjay Bhattacharya, Secretary (Consular, Passport and Visa, CPV  and Overseas Indian Affairs, OIA) and discussed bilateral affairs. Tomorrow, he will also call on External Affairs Minister  Dr S Jaishankar and Foreign Secretary Harsh Vardhan Shringla.</span><br />
