Qatar has denied any wrongdoings in award of hosting rights for 2022 Soccer World cup. In a statement, the 2022 World Cup organizing committee said it was unaware of any alleged payments by former head of the country's soccer association Bin Hammam to an ex-vice president of FIFA. The denial comes after the report in the Britain's Daily Telegraph newspaper that a company under the control of Mohamed Bin Hammam paid 1.2 million dollar to Jack Warner, the former president of North American soccer's governing body.
