PV Sindhu to play in title clash of World Badminton Championships

The keenly awaited Women's Singles final between India's P V Sindhu and Japan's Nozomi Okuhara in the World Badminton championships is expected to start in a short while from now. It is the second match on court at the Emirates Arena in Glasgow, Scotland. Olympic silver medallist PV Sindhu cruised into the final last night, with an easy straight game win in the second women's singles semi-final against Chen Yufei of China. Okuhara qualified for the summit clash with a hard fought three-game win in the first semi-final against Saina Nehwal. The Indian had to settle for a bronze medal.
