In Badminton, Rio Olympics and World Championships Silver medalist PV Sindhu will lock horns with Akane Yamaguchi of Japan in the summit clash of the Dubai World Superseries Finals Sunday afternoon. Sindhu is eying to become the first Indian shuttler to win the year-ending tournament. She entered the Final on Saturday with a straight game win over China's Chen Yufei becoming only the second Indian Singles player, first being Saina Nehwal, to reach the title clash of the Championship.Sindhu had defeated Yamaguchi in the round-robin stage, 21-9, 21-13. Sindhu also leads the head-to-head record against the Japanese, 4-2.Yamaguchi is number one in the Dubai World Rankings, while Sindhu is fourth.
